Privacy Policy
Shivanshi Tyagi ("Developer") built Align & Reveal as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding data when you use the app.
Data Handling
The Developer does not operate an account system and does not receive your gameplay data or payment information. Align & Reveal shows advertising, which is described in the next section. The app uses the following Apple services when they are available:
- On-device storage: Puzzle progress, saved puzzles, streaks, stars, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- iCloud: Long-lived progress, saved puzzles, and streak information may be mirrored through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store so they can be restored or shared across your devices signed into the same Apple Account.
- Game Center: If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center player identity, leaderboard scores, and achievements. Other Game Center players may see the profile and scores you choose to make visible through that service.
- No Developer Analytics: The Developer does not operate any analytics service of their own. Google's advertising SDK is the only third-party component in the app, and it is described below.
- No Developer Account: The app does not require you to create an account with the Developer.
Advertising
Align & Reveal shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To select and measure those ads, Google may collect and process information about your device, including its advertising identifier. Whether that identifier is available to Google depends on the tracking permission you grant when the app asks for it; you can change that permission at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can review or withdraw that consent at any time from the app's Settings screen, under Ad Privacy Options. Residents of certain US states can use the same screen to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

In-App Purchases
Align & Reveal may offer optional content packs for purchase in the future. Any transactions will be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Developer will not have access to your payment information, Apple Account, or financial details.
Apple Services
The app uses Apple's iCloud and Game Center services and may use StoreKit for optional in-app purchases. These services are operated by Apple, and Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Device Permissions
Align & Reveal does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. iCloud and Game Center availability is controlled by your Apple Account and device settings.
Data Retention
Deleting Align & Reveal removes its locally stored data from that device. Data mirrored to iCloud and records maintained by Game Center or the App Store may remain in your Apple Account after the app is deleted and are retained according to Apple's policies and your account settings.
Your Rights
The Developer does not maintain a database of player accounts or gameplay data. You can manage your data as follows:
- You can reset your game progress within the app's Settings menu
- You can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app
- You can manage iCloud data and Game Center activity through your Apple Account and device settings
- In-app purchase records are managed by Apple and can be viewed in your App Store account settings
International Users
Align & Reveal is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Apple may process iCloud, Game Center, and App Store data in accordance with its privacy policy and the settings associated with your Apple Account.
Children's Privacy
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no chat or user-generated content. Optional Apple services are governed by Apple's account controls and privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
